i agree, our company has 5 employees with 1 on long term leave. close to $20 a month is too much for this imho. this is more than we pay for subersion web hosting. up to 5 employees should be free i think.

I've been trying out 1time for a few weeks now and think it has great potential.

As I understand you do have bills to pay, and the method in which you've introduced the payment scheme is understandable.
I don't agree with the basic service available only to single users.
14 € may seem a reasonable price and in Europe it is, However my company is only 4 head small and we are based in South Africa.

14 € is R134 (South African Rand) and as we are just starting out and not yet profitable, we really can't afford that amount every month.

May I propose that you offer the service free for companies of say 1-5 head and only for 2 years, if the company grows and headcount does too then they would need to start paying for the service.

If the headcount stays the same then after the 2 years is up they would need to pay.

Please don't forget about the small guys.

Thanks
