		<description>Very Simple yet effective way to plan the day, I have to agree when Dermot says we write down a "Wish List" of what we need to do.

But when you focus on it , it really does work. We also log the time we spend then on customer projects in 1time so we are sure we are not losing money on unbilled hours.</description>
