How much is 1time?

1time is priced on a per employee basis. You can find out more information on our pricing/sign up page.

Can we try it before we have to pay for it? What about refunds?

1time is free for the first month on any plan, we have a monthly fee charge after that depending on the amount of users in your company or organization. If you cancel before your billing date each month your credit card won't be charged again for any subsequent months(refunds will not be issued if you do not cancel within 30 days). Can I pay for 1time yearly instead of monthly?

Yes, you can choose any of the plans to be paid yearly in the accounts settings page.

What about privacy, security, and confidentiality?

We take careful precautions to protect our customers' information. The 1time server is as secure as can reasonably be provided, and is housed in a state-of-the-art secure facility with power and internet backup (details). Your project site is password protected and we will not sell or share your information or any data you enter. No one will be able to access your data unless you grant permission. Though we offer safeguards to protect your data, please keep in mind that we can not guarantee 100% security. Take appropriate measures with your links, passwords, and user accounts. What are the system requirements to use 1time?

Since 1time is hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install and no server/platform requirements to worry about. All you need to start your time tracking is a modern web browser with Javascript turned on (1time officially supports IE 6 or later on the PC, Firefox on Mac, PC, Linux, and Safari on Mac) and an internet connection.

Can I get my data out if I want to discontinue using 1time?

Yes, you can easily export all your timesheets in CSV format at any time. If you're unhappy with the service, no hard feelings — you will be able to cancel your account at any time from your Account Settings page. We'll do everything we can to make the transition away from our time tracking software a pleasant one.

Can we run 1time time tracking software on our own servers?

1time is a web-based, hosted service. Under certain circumistances we will discuss installing it on your company's server. Please email us at info [at] 1timetracking.com if you would like to discuss this further.

How do I turn off email reminders?

Employee reminders can be turned on or off in the settings section of your 1time administration area. By default, the reminders system is activated when you created your 1time account.
