After 19 years of serving our customers, we have made the difficult decision to close 1time. Our last day of operation will be 31st January 2026.
This decision was not made lightly. 1time has always been a small, family-run business, and while we have cherished every moment of building and supporting our platform, it is no longer feasible for us to continue delivering the high standard of service we believe you deserve.
Since our founding in 2006, we’ve been proud to be one of the very first SaaS companies established in Ireland. What started as a simple time tracking tool has grown into a full-featured platform for time tracking, financial tracking, and project management. Over the years, we’ve supported thousands of customers across the globe, and it’s been an honour to see 1time play a role in your projects, businesses, and successes.
We are sad to say goodbye, but we are deeply proud of what we leave behind.
What This Means for You
1. Service Availability
Our platform will remain fully operational until 31st January 2026. After this date, access will be permanently disabled.
2. Your Data
You can export your timesheet data from your account at any time before the shutdown. We strongly recommend downloading your data before 31st January 2026.
3. Billing
Monthly invoices will continue to be processed until 31st December 2025. If you have paid for an annual subscription, we will refund any unused portion once your account is closed.
4. Support
Our support team will be available throughout this transition. You can contact us via support@1timetracking.com or through the chat box within your 1time account.
