If your account has been suspended, you should go to your unique 1time domain (where you usually log in, i.e. yourcompany.1time.net) and you will be prompted to update your payment details. Once payment has been processed, you will be able to access your account. Please note it can sometimes take a day or two for payment to be processed once you have updated your details.
