What does “Target Utilisation” mean?

You can set a target utilisation for each employee. Utilisation is a measure of the Percentage of an Employee’s working hours that has been spent on billable activities. This target may differ for each employee, as some employees may have a more administrative role, and some may be more project based. By setting a target utilisation, you can more accurately keep track of employee performance. If target utilisation is set, you will see both the target and the actual achievement in your dashboard utilisation summary. If this field is left blank, no utilisation target will be set.
