Hybrid working is going to be tricky. Here’s how to do it right.

For 2-3 years now, with the advent of remote working caused by the COVID pandemic, employers and employees have realised that mental health, well-being and a balanced work-life balance have become more important. Numerous companies have adopted hybrid work arrangements to strike a balance between the preferences of their employees and employers.

  • 28% of office workers said that their daily commute negatively impacted their productivity, compared to 18% of remote workers, (Forbes).
